In theory this idea is quite controversial and many of you reading this may not totally agree with me.

On may 17, I published my very first article on substack titled “FEEL LIKE A FRAUD?”, and promised both myself and the small audience I had that they’d receive such bite sized content on a weekly basis.
And I have to quite an extent kept up that promise, missing only one post in the last two months, since the weekly posts are quite doable.
My plan is quite well defined: I have to on a weekly basis hit the send button, no matter the quality of the post.
This newsletter to me is what some may call a journal which I've made public to decrease the resistance I face in penning down my thoughts, ideas, notes, summaries and highlights i’ve compiled throughout the week.
Consistency also brings social awareness to your level of professionalism and reliability.
THE FLYWHEEL EFFECT
Imagine spinning a very heavy wheel, the first few pushes will always create the least impact. The next few, greater but not so much, eventually before you know it, the wheel starts to spin exponentially faster.
Not everyone is ready to push ahead of the first few pushes - they expect instant returns.
Tim urban, one of the most respected long form writers online who,
-> Went from weekly several thousand word pieces
to
-> Irregular 50,000 - 70,000 word pieces ( on Elon musk, aliens etc.)
When questioned about his fans who too want want to be like him and want to write irregularly -
He acknowledged that consistency is important - and it was how he started off, found his voice and how he built up his first audience.
