I like this! I came across this idea this past winter, and decided to put it into practice. I wanted a better likelihood of "going outside and taking a walk" instead of just telling myself that I would. Therefore I set the bar very low. If I only had 5 minutes before my next Zoom, I would literally just put on my coat and shoes and walk around the apartment and come back inside. I think it helped!
Also, loved your description of "making the evidence visible" by setting aside savings for the leather jacket. Yeah!
